Inspection Process
Every vehicle at Coastline Motors undergoes a rigorous 72-point inspection. We leave no bolt unturned so you can buy with complete confidence.
Our Process
Our certified technicians follow a methodical inspection process covering every aspect of the vehicle.
We examine the body panels, paint consistency, frame alignment, and structural integrity. Our technicians look for signs of prior accident damage, rust, or poor repairs using paint depth gauges.
Engine compression test, transmission performance, clutch condition, and differential inspection. We check for unusual noises, leaks, and wear patterns that indicate mechanical issues.
Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive road test to evaluate acceleration, braking, steering response, suspension comfort, and overall drivability across different road conditions.
We test all electrical components including lights, AC, infotainment, windows, door locks, sensors, and warning systems. The battery and alternator are load-tested for optimal performance.
Brake pad thickness, rotor condition, ABS functionality, tire tread depth, and suspension components are all measured and documented. We prioritize your safety above everything.
We verify the logbook against NTSA records, check for outstanding loans, confirm mileage consistency, and ensure all import documentation is in order before listing.
